For my previous message to be continued, today I will tell you in some detail about the point-wise work at the problem areas of your physical body.
You can start doing it either after cleansing of your body of slag or along with it – following your intuition.
But the basis of the practice “Merging of the conscience and physical body” remains invariable.
All the rest is its natural extension.
So, at the last stage of the work at your physical body you are to eliminate external manifestations of your disorder.
For this purpose, you should concentrate the Energy of Conscience of your physical body on the spot that needs correction.
Yet, this time you should invoke the Universe Energy of Plasm for help that due to direct interaction with the human etheric body can promote the healing process.
Let us have a case study of the process.
Suppose, you have made up your mind to correct flaws on your skin.
You have already found out the psychological cause for them to appear and worked on them.
So now you only have to eliminate its consequences at the physical level.
To do this you need combine the Energy of Conscience of your physical body and the Universe Energy of Plasm.
And this is how you can do it.
Focus all your attention on the problem spot of your skin and in thoughts ask the Energy of Conscience of your body to get concentrated on it.
Relax and perceive your sensations keenly.
Perhaps, you will feel this process being joined in by your third chakra that is responsible for human skin as well as the emotional body corresponding to it.
Little by little all your chakras and bodies including the physical body will start vibrating in unison – at one frequency.
And now invoke the Universe Energy of Plasm.
Ask it to pass over the ideal “mould” of your skin from the etheric level to the physical one.
Feel this intelligent energy resonating with your physical body vibrations that have already reached one frequency.
It enhances them conferring energy stability on them and structurizing the general energy current the way it harmonizes the affected skin areas – smoothing and levelling them rendering them unified…
Switch off your Mind.
Now it can be just a hindrance to you since having made a clear intention you have already triggered the work of the healing energy.
Simply enjoy the sensations new to you…
Perceive them keenly…
Be thankful to the energies that readily make your desire come true…
And remain in the meditation until the energy flow ceases.
This work will last just as long as it is necessary for you at the moment.
Any Divine energy being intelligent always identifies the degree and time of influence on the human physical body itself so as not to do it any harm by overdose.
You can use a practice like this in emergency cases too – in case of cuts, bruises, dislocations, that is, minor injuries.
Let this practice become your regular and reliable assistant for all occasions.
Make it part of your everyday life.
The sooner you make friends with it, the sooner you see the results of its work.
