LIFE ON NEW EARTH (Unipolar world)
Greetings, my dear beloved children!
Today I would like to offer you one more practice that will help you be in the “here and now” moment, which becomes your barest necessity now.
We will call this practice “Unipolar world”.
The main principle of it can be the Flame of Universe Love protective sphere with mirror-like external walls that is well-known to you.
Fill this sphere with the Energy of Ascension.
Feel yourself being inside the sphere.
Feel all your bodies getting filled with the Energy of Ascension – from the atmic to the physical one…
And then imagine that inside the sphere there are absolutely different time parameters.
There is no past or future there, only the present.
This is the very state of “here and now” you are striving for so much and that is your “pass” to the Fifth dimension.
You should remember your sensations inside the sphere very well.
This is a unipolar world with the Energy of Ascension reigning, and you are an integral part of this world since your conscience and all your bodies are also imbued with the Energy of Ascension.
Well, what will your next step be?
You should learn to stay inside this sphere ALL THE TIME thereby cutting off the way back to the third dimension world for yourself where people’s mind is overwhelmed by mental and emotional chaos and, consequently, low vibration energies.
You can show creativity, my dear, and supplement this practice with another one or with several practices – the ones you like best.
For example, it can go very well with the practice “Golden rod of Soul” that I offered you in one of my previous messages or with the practice “Golden triangle”.
You can also use the imaginary ruler with the scales “Past”, “Present” and “Future” so that remaining inside the sphere you can move the focus of your attention on them if necessary.
What is the idea of the practice “Unipolar world”?
It is in that you learn to become mindful every single minute of your life and remain in the state of “here and now” depriving your Mind of the opportunity to drive you back to the trap of the third dimensionality.
May be, it will be easier for someone to imagine themselves inside a huge rainbow “soup bubble” that is freely flying in the space enabling you to see all the events around you and at the same time not to fall out of the high vibration space of the unipolar world created by you.
Moreover, this practice will help you maintain high vibrations since the external walls of the sphere you find yourself in will reflect all low vibration energies preventing them from penetrating into your personal space.
As you see, this practice is not hard at all, yet, it can turn really efficient especially if you train yourself to be inside such a sphere all the time perceiving it as a essential part of your energy “clothes”.
