Greetings, my dear beloved children!
There is one more tip I would like to give you today.
So as not to fall out of the “here and now” moment, you should learn to stay there so that it is absolutely natural process not provoking you to any tension or annoyance.
Imagine yourselves going with the waves of life, but, it takes you some effort to keep afloat all the time – same as, for example, a skilled swimmer who is not breaking any records but simply enjoying warm and nice sea just controlling their body a little to keep it on the water surface.
Yet, what you need for this is to be in the moment of “here and now”.
It is essential to learn to “flow” from one condition to another one focusing your conscience on the status of an “onlooker” and a participant at the same time.
Why is it so important?
Firstly, to control your Mind and not let it go “on the loose”.
And secondly, to see the “dimensionality” of the things happening around, which can only be possible to do being ABOVE the situation, not inside it.
Now, let us have a case study.
Suppose, you are driving in quite heavy city traffic.
Your Mind is likely to “while away the time” suggesting you a lot of issues to ponder over thereby drawing you away from the moment of “here and now” either to the past or to the future.
It is quite possible that having plunged into memories or dreams you will stop following the road attentively, your attention will get distracted, your emotional background will be changing swiftly depending on the character of your thoughts.
And all this can result in rather regrettable consequences.
Therefore, it is crucial to set aside the games of Mind and switch your attention over to the road.
As far as the “dimensionality” of the current events is concerned, it is here that you can be creative and turn you trip into an exciting thing.
Trying to preserve the state of being “here and now” you can simultaneously imagine yourselves soaring above the flow of cars carefully watching your neighbours in an attempt to foresee their manoeuvres, estimate their actions and plan your actions in return.
For example, by intuition try to feel the character of this or that driver so as to decide whether it is worth to outrun them or it is fraught with danger for you or, maybe, it is better to make way for somebody feeling their haste and nervousness.
You can even set a certain goal: to harmonize the traffic around you as much as possible.
Thus, your state of “here and now” will enable you to move to a high vibration energy space that other drivers will unintentionally be pulled to.
Many of you are likely to remember the situations when one unexperienced or too nervous driver caused trouble for dozens of other drivers.
While you with the help of your state of a wise and calm onlooker can, on the contrary, bring the energy space around you to harmony as much as possible.
And this is just one example of how you can create the islands of the unipolar high vibration space around you still living in the third dimension world.
And, as you see, it is not that difficult to implement. The main thing is to show creativity and set a definite goal.
