Therefore, it is essential for you to know what your new body should be.
It will enable you to “build” it up in a conscious way, to learn to see and feel the energy and subtle material changes taking place in it and make sure the transformation process is running in a harmonious and painless manner.
Well, let’s start with the fact that your body’s carcase is of slightly different nature now.
Invariable – the most material part of your body – remains just its skeleton.

As your body is getting more and more rarefied being influenced by high vibration energies, it becomes more elastic and movable at the same time.
